Fleet Repair & Roadside Support Services
A Local Service Team for Your Fleet
You know your vehicles. You also know which problems keep coming back and which trucks cannot afford another missed run.
Caveman Towing & Repair works with fleet managers to fix mechanical faults and arrange help when equipment breaks down off-site.
Our commercial services include truck and trailer repair, backed by mobile diesel technicians and dedicated tire service trucks. Light, medium, and heavy duty towing cover the vehicles that cannot continue under their own power.
Get the Recurring Problem Looked At
A truck that returns with the same coolant loss or air leak deserves attention before its next assignment. Caveman’s technicians work on coolant leaks, air leaks, hub seals, and regens.
When arranging service, include the driver’s account of the fault and any recent repairs. A problem that appears only after the truck warms up is useful information, as is a warning that returns after a regen attempt.
We can discuss the work involved and establish whether mobile service is appropriate or the vehicle belongs at a repair facility.
Mobile Repair at Your Vehicle
A disabled truck parked in the yard doesn’t automatically need to go to a wrecker. Our mobile diesel crews perform repairs on-site where there is suitable access and room to work.
For a fleet manager, that offers a way to get a fault assessed without first assigning someone to deliver the truck to a shop. If several vehicles have problems, discuss each unit with our team when booking. That helps establish the work and service arrangements before the visit.
Major mechanical repairs go to a facility equipped for the job. Caveman can arrange towing when the disabled vehicle cannot make that trip.

Your Driver Has a Breakdown. You Have Someone to Contact.
A truck stopped on its route pulls someone away from the rest of the fleet to organize help. Caveman gives your dispatcher a local contact for roadside repairs and commercial tire assistance. We also provide fuel delivery, jump starts, and lockout service.
If roadside work becomes a tow, our team can arrange transport to your designated repair facility. After-hours access agreements with participating shops allow some deliveries when their offices are closed; confirm the destination with dispatch.
For loaded vehicles, we can arrange cargo transfers and load corrections alongside towing or recovery. We can discuss the truck’s repair and the shipment’s next move together.
Support for a Mixed Fleet
Your service pickup and your loaded tractor-trailer won’t use the same tow truck. Caveman operates equipment for personal-sized fleet vehicles as well as heavy commercial units.
We regularly work with box trucks and delivery vehicles. Our commercial experience also includes buses, garbage trucks, and construction equipment. When arranging assistance, provide the specific unit and its condition so dispatch can select the right service equipment.
Why Fleets Work With Caveman
Caveman is family-owned and has served Southern Oregon since 1972. Many of our employees have been with us for years. We take pride in their experience and in keeping the trucks they operate clean and well-maintained.
