24/7 Accident Recovery Services

Accident Recovery for Wrecks, Rollovers, and Cargo Spills

After a wreck, getting the vehicle off the road is one of the first things to arrange. Caveman Towing & Repair provides 24/7 accident recovery throughout Southern Oregon and Northern California, from passenger cars in ditches to overturned tractor-trailers.

We recover damaged vehicles and tow them from the scene. For commercial accidents, our crews also recover freight and clean up vehicle debris, giving carriers one company to work with as the scene is cleared.

Getting Your Vehicle Out and on Its Way

A car can be upright on the pavement and still be difficult to move. A wheel pushed into the body or broken suspension can prevent it from rolling onto a tow truck. Vehicles below the road require additional recovery work before we can begin loading.

Our operators assess the damage and choose an approach based on where the vehicle came to rest. Once recovered, we can transport it to your designated repair facility or another destination you arrange.

Accident Recovery for Every Vehicle Class

Our recovery fleet handles accidents involving passenger cars and motorcycles, as well as larger commercial vehicles. With more than five decades in the industry, we’ve built experience across light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty recoveries.

The Truck Is Wrecked. What Happens to the Shipment?

For a carrier, recovering the truck doesn’t finish the job. Freight can be trapped inside a damaged trailer or scattered outside it. A load that stayed inside can still shift far enough to prevent the trailer from moving safely.

Caveman provides cargo recovery, load corrections, swaps, and transfers. Reach lifts support freight handling, and we have a refrigerated trailer available for incidents involving temperature-sensitive cargo. We work with the carrier on transfer arrangements while addressing the damaged vehicle.

That gives fleet dispatch a way to plan truck repairs while making separate arrangements for the shipment. We can coordinate cargo assistance and towing together instead of leaving the freight question until the vehicle is ready to leave.

Clearing the Scene Includes the Debris

A commercial wreck can leave debris across the pavement and freight beyond the trailer. Caveman has skid steers and road brooms for accident cleanup, along with equipment to recover the vehicle.

Our crews coordinate their work with responding agencies. We have established working relationships with Oregon State Police, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Oregon DOT, Rural Metro Fire, and Grants Pass Fire Department.

Our drivers hold traffic incident management and flagger certification. That training supports positioning recovery equipment and removing vehicles around traffic.

Arranging the Tow After Recovery

You can designate where the recovered vehicle goes. Before transport, confirm that the receiving facility can accept it, particularly for a damaged commercial truck or trailer.

Caveman provides local and long-distance towing. After-hours delivery is also available at participating partner repair shops, subject to the arrangements at that facility.

Our locations in Grants Pass, OR, Talent, OR, and Ashland, OR, support recovery calls throughout the region, including Medford, OR, and Northern California.
